Returns & Exchanges
At Gracie Abrams, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
